Favourites

Favourite Documents

As discussed under working with the sidebar, the user has the ability to mark a document as a Favourite and then use the shortcut to access the document in future rather than having to navigate down the folder structure to its location.

Marking a document as a favourite is done by toggling on the button located in the top right of the application. When this is toggled on the icon will be shown as .

To access a document marked as a favourite bring out the sidebar and click on the favourites icon:

When viewing the list of Favourite documents, the user is able to remove them manually from the list by clicking on the icon shown to the right of the document name

As an alternative, when viewing the document simply toggle off the selection to remove the Favourite setting – click on the Favourite Icon to deactivate the setting. 

Favourite Folders

As discussed under working with the sidebar, the user has the ability to mark a Folder as a Favourite and then use the shortcut to access the Folder in future rather than having to navigate down the folder structure to its location.

Marking a Folder as a favourite is done by toggling on the favourite button located to the right of the folder shown highlighted in the screen shot below:

Removing a folder from the list of Favourites is the same as for a document.
