Document Viewer and Annotation Enhancements

• The document sidebar now has buttons that allow rotation of a individual page - as opposed to the existing ability to rotate the entire document.

• If you want to move an annotation and the entire page is not in view, the page will now scroll when you drag to the edge of the view port.

• Improvements to the comment/annotation sidebar including rich text formatting in comments and additonal sorting and filtering options.
