Stability Improvements, Bug Fixes and Performance Enhancements

This release of the app contains a number of stability improvements, bug fixes and performance enhancements.

Selection of Multiple Annotations

A new multi-select button has been added to the annotations/comments sidebar. When clicked this displays a checkbox next to each annotation that allows:

1. The grouping of multiple annotations, which can then have one common comment thread.
2. The selection of multiple annotations that can then have batch operations performed on them e.g. deletion, formatting or change of status.
